"How do I know if the ProGuard Collar will fit?"

Be sure to have a measurer ready. Pets neck size under 16" will be too small for this collar. It fits necks 17" - 37"

Customized Patch Inquiries

We don’t currently carry Custom patches in stock, but we’re expecting to very soon. In the meantime, we recommend checking out our ProGuard Patch Pack where you can find a variety of customized patches that work well with our collars 2" x 4" dimensions.

What are the Patch Dimensions?

The Patch Dimensions is 2" x 4". Any Patch up to 4" Long and 2.5" Wide will fit. 

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Can I Make Cancel to My Order?

Please understand that since our ProGuard items are handcrafted. Any order Cancellation request made after 12 hours of placing cannot be honored due to production on those item starting. Mastiff Outfitters is not obligated to refund orders due to a change of mind.

Why hasn't my order shipped??!

While we understand how frustrating it may be to wait, please understand that most Proguard items are handcrafted. ProGuard items production may take up to 5-6 weeks to and please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping may take up to 7-10 days, depending on location. See Shipping Policy for details.

"How will I know that my order has been shipped?"

You will receive tracking information via email or SMS when your order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your spam. For any other shipping concerns, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

"What happens if my package gets lost?" 

All items purchased from mastiffoutfitters.com are made under a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Contact the parcel carrier with your tracking number for more details if you still can't locate your package.

Where's My Refund?

 

Only after seven business days from the date of delivery shown in your return tracking should you get in touch with us if you still need to receive your refund confirmation email. Your refund's arrival in your bank account can take 7-10 business days. Check out our Return Policy for More.

"How long should I wait for an email response?"

A representative will contact you Monday-Friday between 10:00 AM-8:00 PM EST. & 10:00 AM-2:00 PM on Saturday. Customer Service is closed on Sundays and government Holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
