SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Mastiff Outfitters! We want to make sure that our Fur-iends receive their new attire & accessories as quickly and smoothly as possible, so we offer the following shipping policies:
1. General Information
- Orders are processed in the order received and begin processing the next business day if placed during weekends or holidays
- As a small business, we prioritize quality over speed. Because of high demand and small-batch production, processing times will be extended. Supplier and order volume may also affect shipping times.
- Production & Processing: typically take 3-4 weeks due to our commitment to high-quality, made-to-order craftsmanship.
- Ground Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days. Depending on the destination, delivery may take an additional 1-3 days.
- Same Day Shipping: Limited batch-made, on-hand inventory, ships same day or the next business day.
- If you order multiple items they may ship separately at no extra cost.

2. Pro-Guard Items
- Pro-Guard item production times are prioritized to be ready in 3–4 weeks, excluding processing and shipping time.
- We will update you and ship your order ASAP once it's ready. Questions? Contact us or check our Shipping Policy. 🐾
3. Domestic Shipping Information(USA)
- Processing Time: Most items are hand-crafted or prepared in small batches, so orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days post-crafting via USPS or UPS.
- Ground and Same Day Shipping: are via UPS/USPS. Once we drop off your package, we have no control over processing times. For updates, you can contact USPS/UPS Customer Service using the provided tracking number.
- Shipping Times: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 4-6 business days. Delivery may take an additional 1-3 days depending on the destination.
Extended Processing & Shipping During Holiday Times
During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended by 3-5 business days due to increased order volume and carrier delays.
4. International Shipping
- Processing Time: Most items are hand-crafted or prepared in small batches so orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days post-crafting via USPS or UPS
- Shipping Times: Please allow 20-30 business days for international delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Overseas orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Mastiff Outfitters does not calculate or charge these fees. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, levies, and other government costs related to their purchases.
- Customs should be regarded as a separate organization from the postal service carrier.
- Mastiff Outfitters is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
- The customer is liable for any additional shipping and return fees incurred in the event of a returned package.
- Refunds for returned items will only be issued if the item is conclusively returned to our distribution center.
5. Shipping Address & Information
- Ensure your shipping address, email, phone number, and name are accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
- In the case an invalid or incorrect address is submitted we may contact you to verify. If no response is received within 3-5 business days we may ship the order according to scheduled processing times or issue a refund considering the order details.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 weeks of your order date, please contact us.
6. Lost Packages
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, follow these steps:
- Ensure your shipping address is correct.
- Check with neighbors or surrounding areas.
- If delivered to an incorrect address, attempt to retrieve the package.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you regarding re-shipment.
- If you have checked all the above and still cannot locate your package, contact the postal service immediately. Then email us within 48 hours of the stated delivery date for assistance.
7. Additional Notes for International Orders
- Customs processing may delay your shipment. We recommend waiting for Customs to complete their responsibilities properly.
- Mastiff Outfitters cannot estimate customs taxes for items shipped outside the United States.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items held in customs unless returned to our distribution center.
