SHIPPING POLICIES
Thank you for choosing Mastiff Outfitters! We want to make sure that our Pawpular Fur-iends receive their new attire & accessories as quickly and smoothly as possible, so we offer the following shipping policies:
Orders are processed in the order received. Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Just a heads up: Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Domestic Shipping-USA
Shipping options: Standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Once we drop off your package, we have no control over processing time. Please be patient and wait for the delivery. You can also contact your local USPS/ UPS office or their customer service with our provided tracking number.
Domestic Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders quickly. Because most of our items are hand-crafted, orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Domestic Shipping Times: Standard Domestic Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days & delivery may take an additional 1-3 days within the United States, depending on the destination.
International Shipping-
International Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders quickly. Because most of our items are hand-crafted, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
International Shipping Times: Please Allow 20-30 business days for delivery.
Shipping Address & Information: Please ensure your shipping address, email, phone number & name are accurate and complete before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and estimated delivery date. Please only contact us if you have not received your tracking information after two weeks from your order date.

Lost Packages: If your tracking number indicates your package has already been delivered, but you did not receive your package, please check the following before contacting us.
1.) Ensure your Shipping Address is correct!!
2.) If using the correct address, please check with surrounding neighbors.
3.) If delivered to an incorrect address, attempt to check & retrieve the package. Since the package is marked as delivered, neither we nor the postal service can retrieve it.
4.) We will contact you regarding re-shipments if we receive a returned shipment due to an incorrect address.
5.) If you checked the above and still haven't located your package, please get in touch with the postal service immediately & email us no longer than three days from the delivery date stated on your tracking. We will investigate the issue and get back to you.
Please remember that some overseas orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes on the things you purchase, and MastiffOutfitters does not charge or compute these fees. Customers are liable for all import taxes, customs duties, levies, excises, and other government costs related to their purchases. Customs should be regarded as a separate organization from the postal service carrier. If applicable, such customs costs are usually paid directly to your national government or postal agency at delivery time. MastiffOutfitters has no role in foreign customs policies and cannot estimate potential customs taxes for items shipped outside the United States. For additional information on your order, kindly contact your local Customs operations branch; however, this procedure might be taxing. We advise waiting for Customs to complete their responsibilities correctly to prevent challenging Customs interactions. The client is liable for any additional shipping and return fees incurred in the event of a returned package. We are not compelled to issue a refund unless it is conclusively established that the item has been returned to our distribution center in the unlikely event that an item is shipped internationally and is withheld in US Customs or other nations' Customs processes. Please get in touch with your local Customs and Duties Office for additional information about excise duties.
