Extensive Lifetime Warranty for Mastiff Outfitters Dog Collars

We stand behind the quality of our dog collars. If your collar has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new one at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement:

• Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under regular use.
• Exclusions: It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from chewing. However a lifetime warranty covering normal wear and tear plus chews is available at the cost of $60 for 2 incidents or $90 for 3 Incidents
• Process:
  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of discovering the defect at support@mastiffoutters.com
  2. Once the replacement is confirmed, you will need to checkout with this product: Extensive Warranty Claim
  3. A temporary charge will be placed on your card for the price of the collar.
  4. Return the defective collar within 14 days of receiving the replacement.
  5. Failure to return the original within 14 days will result in a permanent charge for the replacement.
  6. Depending on your bank the funds should be released within 3-5 business days.
