Why hasn't my order shipped??!

While we understand how frustrating it may be to wait, please understand that most of our items are hand-crafted and therefore may take the whole 3 business days processing before the item ships out. Shipping takes 7-10 business days and Delivery takes up to 3 Days. This is not including processing!

"How will I know that my order has been shipped?"

When your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email. Please be sure to also check spam. For any other concerns regarding shipping please refer to our Shipping Policy.

"What happens if my package gets lost?" 

All items purchased from mastiffoutfitters.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
